It's good if you don't change configurations regularly
As a straight-through adapter cable, it's great. However, I use it with a splitter to duplicate ads. (Laptop to this cable to the splitter, to the monitor/projector) If it's connected directly to a monitor or projector, it's reliable. Not when connected to a splitter. I switched to a different adapter for this purpose, but continue to use it for a dedicated connection.
