Although XL Seafood makes the claim to offer premium fish caught ethically and respectfully, their methods fall short. Although they claim to only use fish from the finest fishing grounds, their sourcing practices are opaque. Their dried fish products don't taste as good as they should and aren't as fresh as they claim to be. XL Seafood needs to be more open and accountable about their sourcing as a top supplier.
