After I lost my XP laptop's hard drive, I decided to get serious about backing up. I connected A15 and everything was ready. Win8.1 and USB3.0. There was nothing to do. It just worked. To my dismay, I spent some time looking inside the Armor A15 and all my files were there. I only use this as a backup and the only time I plug it in is after updates. It worked perfectly for those incremental backups. All my data is in the cloud, so I don't have to worry about it. I really want to do a RECOVERY to see how difficult it is. My plan was to back up all three of my computers to an external hard drive. Three is less than 800GB, so why not? I created another one on this drive, Win XP 3.0 and USB 2.0. worked fine The third is Win XP 3.0 and USB 1.0. I'm a little concerned because I can't find anyone who has tried this, but I'll find out. Arrived on time and well packaged. I am very comfortable. I will buy it again.
