Great customer service but cam not working

Update: 10/18/21 This will be my last update. We bought Dsoon at the same time as Garde Pro. The advantage of Dsoon is that you can connect Wi-Fi to view photos (pictures are rarely taken). After my initial low quality review, customer service contacted and sent a replacement. I was excited as it looked like the other one was defective. In the last 3 weeks, Dsoon and Garde Pro have been installed in the same place. We've got a visit from the opposum overnight. Garde Pro records it every night in crisp quality. After checking, Dsoon did not catch our visitor once. He caught a beaver one night, but it was difficult to even see it because of the haze in the photos. I set Dsoon to high sensitivity and the second highest resolution. I really wanted people to like this camera and I gave Dsoon the credit for their quality customer service which I give 3 stars for. The only thing the camera catches is my husband and I as we walk towards the camera. Maybe better for front of house security. Of course, that's not why we bought it. If I could give zero for the camera I would. Sorry Dsoon, I really tried. My next gaming camera will be an updated Garde Pro or Browning. Update: After I wrote my review, Dsoon not only contacted tech support but replaced the item. I wasn't expecting this and was pleasantly pleased with the customer service I received! I just received our replacement camera and plan to install it this weekend. I have high hopes! Thank you Dsoon for going the extra mile for your consumers! I wanted to like this camera. I bought Dsoon and Garde Pro at the same time. Dsoon is the more expensive of the two. Dsoon takes pretty good quality shots during the day, but night shots are not good quality at all. In most cases, the images are either black or look like you're in a snowstorm. Wi-Fi connection is lame. The lag is long and it's easier to pull out the card and look at the laptop. For the cheaper price of the Garde Pro without Wi-Fi capability, I'd argue that the camera far outperforms the Dsoon in terms of image quality, both day and night. A bit disappointing for the money spent on Dsoon.
