No more bolts and other drywall screws and fasteners

I can't believe I've never heard of this, they must be known. They solve very specific problems with hanging pictures etc. On walls, when you drive a nail in, it goes through the drywall and doesn't go into the stand, it just blows up and the drywall comes loose around the nail. and your picture falls or something. Molybolts and the like are supposed to hold your painting in place, but they tear a huge hole in the wall. Of course they have command stripes these days, but they fell on me too. With these monkey tricks you make a hole no bigger than a manicured nail and stick your hook in it. will support light objects perfectly. (And when I move out, the hole will be easy to patch and hide.) I don't know the maximum weight the monkey hooks can hold. I have a photo in a matte, glass and ordinary wood frame, about 11 x 14, and everything has been fine for a few weeks. (That was the image the command bars couldn't hold!) Plus, of course, they're very inexpensive and you get a lot in one package. Again, I can't believe millions of people don't use them.

Pros
  • Tons of positive vibes
Cons
  • Useless features
