Actually I would give this one 4.5 stars. I like them a lot for the distraction/diversion training that has been successful for my German Shepherd and Am. staff mix. I was looking for a non-electric collar as it has a negative effect on my dogs training. After a few months, I'm still satisfied with the overall durability of the product and the battery life. This product could easily get a 5 star rating if there was a way to charge two collars AND a remote control. There are only two charging ports, so I usually have to charge the remote separately, a minor inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend this collar to anyone looking for a non-impact sound and vibration training device.
