I like that you can customize to whatever degree is necessary for our department's needs without spending too much time or money doing so.
The system does cost some upfront but it has been worth every penny! Nothing really bad in particular about crossfire as far as i know other than their pricing which might be higher then what we're used/comfortable paying per month (which they offer different tiers of payment plans). Make sure if this software fits into budget constraints are met before purchasing otherwise there could always end up being issues later down the line when trying new things out. It helps alot to have all records consolidated under 1 platform rather having them scattered across several programs such as excel spreadsheets etc.,.
