Becomes trash after return period (several months)

I've had this vacuum for about 5 months now. I used maybe twice a week. It worked great at first. But now it's garbage. I never managed to get the app to work effectively even though it was set up correctly. It does not work as advertised as 'efficient cleaning systems'. He always skips parts of the room and behaves randomly, so you have to let him go through the room twice. Despite the fact that the application had a map. The first thing I noticed is that human hair gets tangled in the bristles easily (I don't have pets so I can't rate human and animal hair). I emptied the dust bin and cleaned the bristles after 2 rooms and also after each use. And then the battery dock stopped working. But the vacuum has an input jack, so we threw away the dock and can still charge the vacuum (but it doesn't find the charging dock automatically). Also after changing the filter I cleaned the room twice before I was satisfied with the cleaning. But that's when he doesn't even collect anything. This is best for hardwood floors. When I first got it, the carpets were fine (we're not worried about pet hair). Generally works great until you're past the return window. Then it's just garbage. This does not solve the problem of automatic cleaning, you always have to be careful when cleaning it or running it twice through the room. It seems to me that this is a scam, an advertisement to solve your efficient robot cleaning problem so that you don't have to. And after a few months, it just becomes waste and creates another problem. Unstable as it fills the landfill. It may be best to purchase a better quality cordless vacuum and simply make your own. This saves you money and headaches.
