Missing Parts

Product would be good if all parts were present. I received everything in the kit except for the rods, which is why I ordered the kit in the first place. Very disappointed. I will not be ordering again until the situation is resolved.

Pros

DOUBLE STARTER LOOM: Unlike other looms, Rick's Loom creates only two warp yarns to reduce processing time. A simple and preferred technique for artists.
