This is great! I'm short and have lipedema (aka morbid obesity). My hips are huge so I have XXL and they are perfect! They come all the way up and cover the tops of my thighs which is the worst part and as soon as I put them on my legs I feel good. Because of this level of compression I was afraid they would be too tight for my thighs and not strong enough for my calves, but they aren't! In fact, they aren't so tight that they hurt my thighs and I can even feel the compression down to my feet! Silicone pads do not roll down when moving. I'm so glad I'm ordering a pair in brown and black too!
