The cut is pretty good. A bit tight for work or really moving. Although I'm taller, 6ft tall and 215lbs. Tight on me would probably be right for someone in the 180lb range. If you are a smaller person, the larger one will probably feel like a tent. Definitely go for the small side, although mine was a little tight it fits well and looks good. Just not very stretchy fabric for movement.
