Do not buy this item! The description does not state that the closet brackets will only work with a 1 5/16 inch diameter closet rod. Well, you can't buy that diameter at your local hardware store. It must be ordered by special order. The standard rack is 1 3/8" in diameter, which is 1/16" larger. The only recommendation I was given was to sand down 1/16" from the cabinet posts I bought. Instead of finishing my project, I should try and sand down the excess material, which I find difficult. I'm definitely not a happy tourist Do yourself a favor and just go to a hardware store and buy what you need or you'll get a huge pain in the butt.
