The ease of use, it's simple interface allows you to get up & running quickly without having any prior experience in web analytics tools or traffic management. It also has an excellent support team who are always happy for help! We have been using this tool since 2015 when we first set-up our Google Analytics account with multiple sites so there was nothing I particularly disliked about its setup at all - just how easy everything worked once installed/configured correctly which took less than 5 minutes (from being able to login). In comparison other similar products were much more complicated requiring many steps before getting started as well as additional third party components required such as Hubspot etc., but not here! As mentioned above their fantastic customer service department will assist if needed should anything go wrong too. Our main focus now is trying out new features via subscription upgrades where they offer monthly options.
