I highly recommend this as a small air tour operator.
This drawer is better for storing small parts than any solution we've found so far. We travel on planes with our gear and luggage is never left upright during handling. As a result, our small parts container is inevitably upside down. This means that small parts usually end up in other containers. They stay in place remarkably well with this box. However, for personal storage of small parts in a garage or office, it's definitely overkill. It is well suited for commercial applications such as small parts sales or shop operations.
