, I have been a heavy user of glutamine for about 15 years. In combination with Ester-C, I firmly believe that this combination has saved me from illness and a three-day cold every few years. Cheaper glutamine has a grainy texture and takes a long time to dissolve in water. when it completely dissolves. The highest quality glutamine is so good that it's almost like a powder and dissolves in plain water fairly quickly. I was surprised by its quality! This is the highest quality or highest quality glutamine I have used in the last 15 years. And it is classified as inferior brands. BUY IT!
