These bulbs were purchased to be mounted behind a large diffuser glass so transparency was not an issue. The lamps' luminous flux appears to be accurate, but their color rendering is not. They came in a pack of 6 and there are elements in a pair of lamps that do not meet 4000K (each lamp contains 4 elements). Some elements appear to be closer to 3500K or 3000K. So when you look at a lamp, part of it has a nice white light, while other areas appear more yellow. This is a question of the quality of the elements themselves, since a lightbulb contains elements with different Kelvin values. For example 3 elements in a lightbulb have a temperature of 4000K and 1 element in the same lightbulb has a temperature of 3000K. It's not a problem if the box I received had mixed different lightbulbs with different Kelvin values. Were it not for the randomness of the Kelvin elements in each bulb, I would rank them higher. When color is the main reason for choosing a lightbulb, it is disappointing to receive a product with such a wide variety of colors. He originally gave it a 2 for a color mismatch, but the seller issued a refund.
