Edited to add - the company has contacted me and sent me a new one. The new one works as it should! 5 stars for excellent customer service! Charges my iPod and headphones fast! This cord is a great find. It's quite long so I can sit at my desk and use it to charge my device. I love how it glows when I plug it in. However, I must have connected the cable incorrectly because it only lights up for a few seconds when plugged in! I thought it would burn while charging because it says it will burn until almost charged. Mine only lights up for a few seconds when I plug it into the wall charger, but not when I plug in the device. Even if my device is empty, the light does not light up. However, it took quite a long time to charge, and that's the important part.
