3 good things1. good design found in American product.2. easy to use, easy to clean, durable.3. good for American tension, strong enough to dry your hair quickly. The reason I get one star from the rating is 2 points 1. The body heats up so quickly during use that I have to stop using it for a while. and use again after cooling down. So I decided to first use another regular hair dryer to dry my wet hair and then use this hair dryer to style. Input and output.2. I can read instructions in Japanese (I'm Korean), but most Americans might be frustrated with so many valuable detailed instructions for use, but they don't understand anything at all. :-X
