I like that they are very flexible with scheduling meetings because it makes my life easier when trying for an interview or meeting in person! The people who work there seem friendly but professional at all times so no complaints here either!! They did not send me anything after taking down details from us about what we were looking into doing together during this time of COVID-19 pandemic/lockdown etc.. If you want someone local then definitely go through them as well otherwise look elsewhere if need be. We had some issues setting up interviews which was resolved quickly thoughout communication channels by both parties involved via email / phone calls (including video conference).
