These were exactly what I needed - I was able to cut the pieces to the exact length I wanted. The gel foam inside the tube goes all the way around the inside of the tube - it's not just on one side/half like some of the pre-cut ones I've bought. They stay on and don't slip off the way the pre-cut ones do. There are 3 tubes per package and each tube is about 4-3/4 inches long. I was able to get 4 cut pieces from one tube based on the length I needed, but the number of pieces you get will depend on how long you need the cut piece to be so your mileage may vary. They wash up nicely and last a long time. I use them every day on my poor toes!Would definitely recommend and will certainly buy again if needed.
