Review on 🔥 Carter's Fireman Toddler Boys Raincoat Slicker by George Kapoor

Update: This item is 100% waterproof. My son and I walked in the rain. I was wearing my $50 Columbia jacket and was completely dry in it. My son, on the other hand, got wet. This raincoat was soaked, including his shirt underneath. It's cute and true to size, but it's not a raincoat. This is just a lightweight firefighter jacket. ==== Very cute jacket true to size and looks exactly like the photo. Our 3 year old son weighs 40 pounds and is 39 inches tall. 4T suits him perfectly. It's relatively thin, but not flimsy. I deduct 1 star because the gray "reflective tape" in the design is only gray fabric. I would have preferred it to be actual reflective tape, which I don't think is an unreasonable expectation for a $30 toddler jacket.
