They are not cut outs, just some clouds printed on clear plastic. Quite worthless.

These are not cut-out clouds, only clouds printed on clear plastic. Not sure what this could be used for. We will return them.

Pros

Big sheet of clear plastic with clouds printed on it. Not what I was expecting but turned out fine.

Cons

Not exactly what I wanted.
