Review on Alla Lighting DE3022 Interior Replacement by Scott Clayton

I bought it to illuminate the interior of my cars. It's really very bright and very white. In some applications it can be too bright for me. When it's in my line of sight, it blinds me. So, on a car where it's for the sunroof, the light is on the side. Because it's on my periphery, it's harder for me to see the cargo hold. I have to block the light to see better. Same problem with map highlighting. I don't blame the lightbulb for what it's supposed to do. I'm just pointing out that I don't want it if it can shine right in my eyes and others can feel the same way. For a car, the dome light is a bit behind me, which is amazing. It only has one LED on one side, and that's all you need unless you're placing it where reflectors are used. The metal appears to be of high quality as it is needed for warming. My biggest complaint is that this bulb is too wide in one application. Should be DE3175, but it's actually too wide and sometimes doesn't fit. Of the 4 cars, he fit perfectly in 2 of them. On 1 machine I was able to install it sideways and it worked. For the fourth car, I didn't put it in at all. So it depends on whether the car can accommodate longer bulbs. 1 star off because it's too wide. Overall, I'm still happy with the cars I'm able to put them in.
