When the built in mouse broke on my MS Surface I quickly ordered one. When I received it and connected it through the receiver, the mouse worked straight away. And frankly, the design of a mouse makes a big difference. Working without a laptop since the start of the pandemic made me feel kind of... kinda weird when I started using a mouse. feels ok I've forgotten it. The mouse's distinguishing feature is the "hump design" with a "roller" in the center of the mouse that allows you to scroll the screen with your finger instead of moving the mouse up and down (which is still is possible). It's better than a Microsoft mouse (the laptop was cleared for work, so they ended up sending me a mouse) which is a bit too "flat" in my opinion. For the price it's being sold for, it's a bang for your buck. The laptop I bought this for was a work laptop, but I also use a mouse on my personal laptop (Chromebook). And 4 months later I'm still driving on the same batteries so definitely not a sucker.
