I wasn't sure if this product would fit my home gym due to its weight would, but I've decided to give it a try. I really didn't want to take it apart just to move it 75 feet. on the same floor. Speaking of flooring, the area we moved these items to looks like a faux wood floor, not bare cement or real wood. These surfaces may behave differently when moving heavy objects. Your mileage may vary. To my surprise, my wife tested it and moved the gym with no problem. I was pleased with the ease of use of these machines at the gym. As we rearranged things, we found that this works great even for fully stocked shelves! They not only made work easier, but also protected the floor from scratches. That was a problem with those heavy items, but they held up! If it works with these two moves of odd items, I know they will work well with furniture. Rearranging things just got so much easier!
