I like how easy it was to customize my view of invoices that were paid by our clients or not as well as get alerts when something changes in any area including accounting information, payments etc. There are sometimes issues with time stamps showing up very odd times but they have updated their software since we first started using them so this may be due fixable now? For example an issue where you could see payment info at one date then hours later another version would show out dated. We use MCAI specifically because there's no other system on market place which can do these things quickly enough between many employees working remotely all over US - Central America/Caribbean region!
