Wanted a cheap Gigabit AC router for a vacation home after upgrading their internet service. Tried it out and spent hours trying to get it working. Well connected at first and was pleased (but disappointed) to see I was able to get 200Mbps on the 5.0 band (vs. 80 on my old and 600+ on the wired ports). But then the internet collapsed. Remained connected to the network but did not maintain an internet connection. Numerous reboots, resets, other bug fixes and issues persisted. Works for a while after turning off, but then loses internet. The old router continued to function normally every time I plugged it in to test. Returned to Revane after evening when he achieved nothing. Having bought a used Netgear R6250, it now delivers over 300Mbps over Wi-Fi, it's reliable.
