If your bird is picky and won't eat pellets, BUY THIS FOOD.

I rarely write reviews. But this meal really impressed me. I have a peach kennel. He's picky, picky, picky. I got it from my daughter. She tried all foods, seeds and pellets. She never managed to get him to eat the pellets. But I thought I'd give it a try. It's only available locally in high-protein and large chunks, so I grabbed a sample from my local pet store and smashed it up with a hammer. He tried right away. So I sent for a 5 pound bag hoping to do the right thing. There was hardly any time to change. I gave him a small bowl of seeds and a full bowl of Harrison pellets. For several days he ate the pellets, leaving the seeds behind. i am so impressed His feathers are so healthy, he's gained a little weight, but he hasn't gotten fat. He always looked a bit skinny, now he's full and healthy. The feathers are no longer half grown. His attitude also improved. No more bites and lunges (that's why my daughter gave it to me). This food also lasts forever. No unnecessary seed trays to cover and hide unused seeds. I had a 5 lb bag for a month and used about 2-3 cups of it. I have 2 cages and a perch and each has a full bowl and that's all I've used. If it was a bag of seeds, it was almost gone due to waste. I was hesitant to buy because of the price, but after the initial investment I save money. I used to spend $10-$30 a month on seeds. Now I can use the seeds as a treat and for training. Buy this food. If your bird is picky and won't eat pellets, BUY THIS FOOD. I know this is more of an ad than a review but I am so impressed.
