This water bottle is quite big. It holds just over a liter of water. A liquid US gallon of fresh water weighs approximately 8.34 pounds (lbs) or 3.785 kilograms (kg) at room temperature. Some may be confused by the weight of the bottle, but it doesn't bother me at all. The neck of the bottle is also large, it fits the entire hand to clean it. The handle of the bottle is part of the bottle itself, allowing water to flow freely through it. This can cause cleaning problems, but a long brush won't fix anything. Also, the handle that is part of the bottle seems to increase the strength of the bottle as if it feels solid. The bottle has indentations for the amount of liquid, as well as a line with a mark indicating how much water should be consumed per hour, the time mark is set in the time interval from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (12 hours). There is a small hole on the outside of the neck of the bottle through which the bracelet attaches to the bottle. The clip that attaches to the bottle and the metal clip that attaches to the wristband also feel sturdy. I can judge the quality of the bottle band, I don't like it. When I fill my bottle with water, they often get wet, and I don't think having eight pounds of water on my wrist is practical. I could see it would be useful if you clipped it to a bag or something when it was empty. The water bottle cap also looks good. The inside of the lid has seals to prevent water leakage. Overall I really like this bottle, it's easy to clean and I can keep track of my water intake. This would be ideal for those working.
