Good for keeping up with PT exercises

My PT office had something similar. I use it for balance, mobility, and stretching. This is sturdy and has pins to hold it in place. I recommend it!

Well made and sturdier than it looks online. The antislip material is effective without being to rough.

Put together easy, very study. I use it daily and so far the material is holding up..I read this style was more durable than the strips. Satisfied with purchase, even the spike balls that came with it.
