The software provides us with all our service center needs such as scheduling work orders or parts ordering etc., which would normally have been done in Excel by several people before we had access! It allows me see at one glance what my team's current status looks like (i know that sounds obvious but it was not available when I first started using LENA).
Not much - everything works well enough so far; there are some minor quirks here/there along learning curve if used occasionally instead than daily use though nothing majorly annoying yet ;-) We can now manage more effectively how many technicians do different jobs better keeping track who does where exactly without having 2 excel files open each time! Easy to use, all functionality available in one system with few clicks! The user interface can improve but overall it's great so far. I have used other systems before like SAP Business One or others which were very difficult to understand how things work. This product has everything i need including scheduling tasks (including sub task), reporting features as well as many integrations such as ERP/CRM etc.
