Great solution for Service Center management

The software provides us with all our service center needs such as scheduling work orders or parts ordering etc., which would normally have been done in Excel by several people before we had access! It allows me see at one glance what my team's current status looks like (i know that sounds obvious but it was not available when I first started using LENA). Not much - everything works well enough so far; there are some minor quirks here/there along learning curve if used occasionally instead…

Great tool for supplier management and Service Request Tracking

I like that it allows me manage both regular service requests as well as more complex work orders such has Preventative Maintenance items or Work Orders with multiple submittals (suchs as subcontractors). It also helps in tracking all activities related through out my organization's processes including our Supplier Management System which integrates very nicely into LM systems too! This software does not track time spent nor do we have any way outside their system other than manually adding…

Overall good experience, would recommend

The best part about this system it's very easy to use as well as maintain all records in one place. There are many reports which can easily generate using this system. It has great functionality when integrating with other applications such as ERP systems like Oracle EBSM or SAP. I really dislike that they need multiple licences if your looking at two separate companies. So far i've not found anything specific where things could have been improved but we're currently working towards improving…
