I like that it allows me manage both regular service requests as well as more complex work orders such has Preventative Maintenance items or Work Orders with multiple submittals (suchs as subcontractors). It also helps in tracking all activities related through out my organization's processes including our Supplier Management System which integrates very nicely into LM systems too! This software does not track time spent nor do we have any way outside their system other than manually adding hours ourselves but they are moving towards integration options now so maybe thats changing soon? We use these tools daily - whether its scheduling tasks around staff availablilty/committments etc., checking what parts were serviced last month / year vs actual data within LMs own database; being able solve issues quickly by searching specific terms rather then having people research via emailing suppliers directly about problems found using old fashioned methods.
