I updated my Bobcat Miner about four or five days ago and it seems to be working. My closest witnesses are my hex itself, and my furthest is 10km away. With my standard trotting antenna I had more witnesses closer and only a few within a few miles. I know that with higher dbi you get narrow bands of coverage with the ability to go further, so I expected a half and half scenario. I haven't had the opportunity to test this antenna, but right now my closest witnesses are at 950 m or 0.59 miles and my furthest at 10 km or 6.2 miles. My antenna is about 4m or about 13 feet off the ground on a rustic open balcony with a few tall trees but not too many tall buildings nearby. I've restarted my device and updated the information in the Helium app, but I'm not sure how much that matters.
