Phenomenal dress but can only be worn once

The dress is beautifully tailored and the customization options are phenomenal. Customer service and communication was great. It really didn't need any renovation. My problems were minimal but significant. With his first (and unfortunately only) one, the seam of my bag came undone and the dress can no longer be cleaned. There are no cleaning instructions and dry cleaning cannot remove stains without leaving new ones. The fabric easily tears / peels and stains are visible even after drying - after a single use. This dress is perfect for a one-time situation. It's inexpensive and it looks/feels great. It will fit beautifully but again it will not be cleaned and that is such a shame if you spill it or the soil is dirty. A dress with a train that long gets messy unless you are attending an indoor event and there are no stains on the floor.
