Works as advertised and is great value for money! It took me a while to figure out how to install it as there were no instructions! It didn't install automatically, I had to go through the files on the hard drive and find the ones that needed to be installed, which was a bit of a trial and error. But once I typed it correctly, it works fine on my computer. The headphone hole on my laptop is empty and you have to move it constantly to get sound. I knew it would eventually break and I kept going. And on my Toshiba there is no easy access to repair the sound card, you have to open the whole computer, and I myself will not do this, and the cost of repairs would be stupid, so I bought it. I wanted to get the more expensive one but was short on money so decided to take this one for a temporary fix that will probably last as long as this product now. Hopefully someday. THE SOUND QUALITY IS LIKE A COMPUTER SOUND CARD. So if that's what you're looking for like I am I doubt you can find better than this price and it's delivered here in two days. Quickly. But I would advise the manufacturer to send installation instructions. I put it here, but I don't remember which files on the CD ended up running it. Oh, it's free, so you can buy an extension cord for your USB so it doesn't enter and damage your USB port. I will get one.
