I upgraded from i8 to i12 promax. This Shieldon case is a bit pricey, but it has enough room to carry multiple cards and bills - the magnetic closure is long enough to fit two cards in each of the four slots if you choose (like me), plus something else in the bill compartment . While bills don't quite fit without creases in any way - even if you manage to fit them without creases, they will eventually cover the speaker hole at the top of the compartment - I had to double or triple fold bills in an old i8 wallet, but for this larger one I fold case about 1/2 inch from one end and insert bills leaving speaker hole open. Overall I am very happy with this choice.
