The support team is very knowledgeable in their field with many years experience between them so they can answer any question you might ask or give advice where needed! I haven't found anything that needs improvement at this time but if there was something i would like for it's not really relevant as we are happy customers who recommend eJRCS because everything has been great from start till now (we used some other companies before too).

They were able add new features which made our website more secure without affecting its functionality; also gave us peace-of mind by having an expert look after security issues when ever possible/needed - even during non working hours.
