We recently purchased a porcelain souffle dish and we are delighted with the results. Based on our own experience, we FOUND that the classic pleated design really makes the dish stand out. The quality of the porcelain is excellent, making it durable and easy to clean .The dish retains heat well, ensuring even baking every time. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey compared to other bakeware, but its definitely worth the investment..
