I think this product is my dream. I have a $400 iron that does in an hour what this product could do in 10 minutes. Yes, it tugs on my hair, but so does my flat iron and almost every hair product I use. I have to use a bit of heat protectant lotion before straightening my hair but I love the result. And to get so close to the root without feeling the burn, WOW, love it! A bit awkward to hold the handle because of the control knobs, but I get it my way π
