5'2, 170-175 lbs, 38DDD. I bought one size bigger. I carry most of the weight on my stomach. Most clothes (or clothing in general) fit snugly over my chest and my stomach tends to hang off my body in a very odd and unsafe way. Still, I love this dress! I was pleasantly surprised and felt so relieved that it flattered my figure. Feasting and still able to sit comfortably with no regrets about what I'm wearing and if it's sticking to my "buns".
