The connectors (plastic) that connect the corners of the rental tent (in a circle) to allow it to be folded over broke just after a few trips - I expect the tent to last a few seasons but it has only a few excursions. Of course it broke after the return period had expired and there is no way (no email) to contact the seller about this. This is becoming increasingly common with items sold on Revain. I would advise you to buy pop up tents that do not require connection of the main frame of the tent. That's more of a serious design flaw (and the use of cheap plastic for the connectors) for a pop-up tent like this.
