Suitable for our card nights. It doesn't turn well, the small ball bearings have fallen off along with the bottom part that holds them. We just used super glue to stick the bottom so the little soft bottom is the part that touches our table. We never needed it to spin. We can just rotate it manually. So it works very well for what we use it for. Poor quality swivel. But the card holder itself for dragging and dropping cards is made of good heavy plastic. That's the part we need. We don't need a lathe. We are satisfied with that. If you need a swivel, you may need to fix it. Keep searching for what you need.
