Quality. Size 10 is perfect for a 10 year old. I ordered 10 for my 8 year old expecting him to be small but he will be wearing this for a couple of years. Ideal. Shipped from Hawaii and made in the USA. Update: my son wears this all the time so washes it frequently. I'm really impressed with the quality. It looks brand new. I will be ordering more from this company for Christmas.
