It is exactly as described and very easy to use. I don't need the clock feature, but I'm glad it's there so I don't have to constantly pick up my phone to check the time. The problem is that it's very easy to accidentally change the time on the watch. As long as you keep your device out of the way and don't move it much, you'll be fine. But I keep mine at my work station (dining table) which is littered with books and papers. I multitask at my desk - homeschool my kids and run two companies, one of which I log hours. I wanted a counting function for this purpose as my time is very disrupted. Now I can just press Start/Stop when switching between tasks. This device definitely makes it easier for me to keep track of time. But sometimes when I pick up the device to move it or accidentally bump into it with a book, it changes hours, minutes or seconds. This probably won't be a problem for most people, but it's something to be aware of.
