I hate socks and go barefoot most of the time at home. So I have dry, cracked heels as a result. These along with the heel stick had them healed up in just a few days. They don't feel like your are wearing socks because your toes are free to wiggle. Your feet also don't get too hot. Also the silicone inside gives some added cushion to painful cracks.
