I gave five stars for "easy to install" - I think we all know that none of them are EASY to install, but in that sense this one was very forgiving. The instruction stickers weren't very helpful and I forgot to use the install tray, but it still worked great. Now that I've got the screen attached, and if anything I'm getting better touch response than before, although that's probably more because I'm holding my phone more confidently with the case and screen protector on, and less like a frail, sickly kitten. However, it works great. The video was very helpful during the application process. I'm still confused about who I am as a person, mostly due to the fact that I partially blocked the camera in my first app, but I had no trouble removing and moving it. No blisters, nada. Follow the instructions and you will have a reliable application. It looks good and works well. I will report on the durability. Luckily I have two other defenders to try if things go wrong.
