You definitely get what you pay for as these brakes barely touch the rim of the bike to stop. I've tried them on two different bikes in dry weather and they don't do the job of stopping the bike and they are very noisy no matter how fast you go. Never stop your bike when it is raining. I will not be buying this brand again and I am disappointed that Revain allows low quality products to be sold. These brakes pose a safety hazard, so the buyer should be careful.
