Worst customer service I have ever experienced

I have shopped a lot of motorcycle accessories and Cardo PackTalk Bold is by far the worst experience I have ever had. If I could give negative stars I would. Product marketing promises a lot but misses some basics. The recognizability of voice commands in normal driving is very low. The only command I was able to respond to was a request for "battery status". Attempts to get it to recognize commands like "turn on the radio", "turn on the music", "speed dial" etc. were unsuccessful. The only good thing I can say about it is that it has great battery life. The JBL speakers are good, but I'm not sure they improve the sound quality that much. Their website that allows you to "personalize" the Cardo device is very snazzy. I can't get it to recognize my device half the time and it's a frustrating exercise. But by far the worst thing about this product is its support. I can't even say he actually has product support. They're totally, I mean totally, unresponsive. When I first used their email links on their site to inquire about some of the features I was having trouble working with, I was immediately rewarded with an automated email response that said that I have been assigned a case number and that I can expect a response within 3 business days or possibly a little longer due to the "high volume" of support requests (this should have been an indication). Well it's been a few weeks and nothing. Then I got an email from Cardo support! And guess what? They asked me to fill out a survey through their customer support, although they never responded to my query. I was shocked. How can the customer service be so bad? But that's not all. I thought that maybe this was a one time error and that I should try the support team again. So I wrote to them again. A week goes by. Then an email from Cardo! And this time they inform me: "The community is currently closed. We will have a new platform soon, but I don't have an exact time of arrival this time. BestCardo Support "Well that was 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since. I would categorically say that this was the worst motorcycle accessory purchase I have ever made. These guys clearly don't care about after sale customer service. For me, no customer service means a defective product. I would like to say something good about this product that might encourage others to make such a purchase. But I honestly can't. My final words to potential buyers: stay away from this product. Otherwise you will have the same regrets as me.
