I have shopped a lot of motorcycle accessories and Cardo PackTalk Bold is by far the worst experience I have ever had. If I could give negative stars I would. Product marketing promises a lot but misses some basics. The recognizability of voice commands in normal driving is very low. So my husband and I finally found time for ourselves and went for a run. We're not techies at all. We are watching several videos on You Tube to install the Talk Pack Bold Duo in our helmets.
